Our Small Mystery Box contains a mixed assortment of approximately 10 brand-new items. Each box comes from an Australian logistics network, including lost parcels, unclaimed packages, and cancelled online orders.

All items are 100% new. Packaging may occasionally show light transport marks, but the products themselves have never been used.

Am I allowed to resell the contents?
Yes, everything inside your box is yours and can be resold freely.

Can you guarantee the total retail value?
No. Boxes are priced based on mixed bulk value, without guaranteed monetary value.

Why are some parcels opened?
Parcels may be opened by delivery companies or Australian customs during random inspections to ensure compliance with Australian safety and import regulations.

Does My Mystery Parcel sort the parcels?
No. We do not sort or check the contents. Boxes arrive sealed and remain untouched.

Privacy?
The delivery company removes all invoices, labels, and personal documents before parcels reach us.

Damaged or missing items?
A complete, full unboxing video (from sealed box to final item) is required for any claim. Photos or written descriptions cannot be accepted.
